Defining Mantissa
This video will introduce you to Mantissa Corporation and our products.
Airport Demo
This is a demo of a Baggage Handling System for the Airport Industry. This demo features Barcode Scanners from Sick in a tunnel configuration over the tilt-tray. Scanners are also mounted under the Zebra Automatic Inductor so that items are scanned as they travel between the belt sections. The tilt-tray is driven by Destination, our software-based PLC. The remainder of the facility is equipped and driven by Allen-Bradley PLC equipment.
Scorpion Tilt-Tray Sorter
This is our Mantissa Corporation corporate marketing video, circa 2000.
Zebra Automatic Inductor
This is the product overview for our Zebra Automatic Inductor. This video will showcase the product design, features, and demonstrates the ease of belt changes.
Automatic Induction in Production
This is a video of our Zebra Automatic Induction System feeding cases onto one of our Series 5000 Tilt Tray Sorters. The Zebra Inductor features a "smart induction" system which allows the belt sections to have a variable speed. The end result is more sorter trays can be loaded without a delay, which means higher product throughput for your facility.
Print and Apply
This video shows a mantissa Print and Apply system consisting of a five foot scale, cubic dimensioner, side mounted Axiom units, and two high speed label application zones with pop-up diverts.
